Hi all-1st real conversation on BP 😁 (I've just been a silent stalker of information before today) We have 1 SFH for 3+ years and have had good luck so far. We are in the process of looking for our next rental here in Bismarck, and open to either the right SFH or a duplex. Finding the same thing on overpriced deals for now. We're patient and the right thing will come along.
