Being that STR revenues are on a decline & the market is a bit saturated, it's a scary prospect.

I know there are always deals to be had and sought out but wow the market does seem pretty saturated.

Kind of saturated with STR at this time correct?

The market here is SATURATED with STR.

I've especially had the pleasure of talking to Investors from California who say that Pittsburgh offers them a more conducive buy-in rather than other more saturated markets.

In medium and smaller cities, I can see the trend slowing down or the supply getting saturated.

If you want leads, you can use a company like ZBuyer, who I have had success with, but some markets are saturated.

Evaporative coolers function by sucking the hot dry air through filter pads of aspen or plastic mesh that are saturated with water that circulates via a pump in the cooler sump.They need twice yearly maintenance to even achieve their 5-10 year lifespan. 

While the sump is working, the ground so saturated that the water that is being pushed out by the pump into the pit in the back yard has nowhere to go...Spoke to my plumber and he hadn't had 5 minutes of rest all night.

I'm completely saturating myself with as much knowledge as I can about the targeted market and real estate in general.
