Using the phone is a decent substitute, especially if you have worked to learn and developed the skill of giving good phone.Give me a real estate principal who's in a financial pickle and I'll get to the root of the problem(s) and devise an acceptable solution in short order.However, it's much harder to develop a trusting relationship with someone using print, radio, TV or especially online media.
