Following this statement was a hyperlink to a Three Day Training Boot Camp in Austin, Texas on March 17 - 19.Since I live in Texas, I decided to call Larry's Office to ask about the Austin event.  

If you're going to have to raise funds, prospect for off-market flips, etc. developing the fearless-salesy side of you (as a mirror to your finance education) would be valuable.  

You may have some units in a multi that turn over every couple years allowing the landlord to have done some maintenance and repairs, whereas other units may have had a tenant living there for 15 years and the status of that unit is unknown.The risk here is that even an estimated price/sq ft could be dramatically different even if each unit's layout is mirrored.

We cut a ratty part of the bottom of the mirror added a tile strip and hung it back up.

David Lewis To mirror what others have said, the answer is "no" as an investment.

If you do go further west of I-35 I wouldn't venture too far inside 1604 as the areas really start to get spotty.For the Northwest it pretty much a mirror image stay west of I-10 and northeast of 151, staying outside of the 410 loop out to 1604.

This structure basically is mirrored in the series LLC.This is the "old fashioned" way here in Utah as we've mostly moved to the series LLC :)Jeff
