Weekly Market Updates - San Francisco Bay Area
Hi all,
Starting this week, I am going to begin weekly market updates for the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay specifically (Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Oakland, Berkeley, San Leandro, Hayward, Fremont etc).
I'm a Realtor with MLS access so I wanted to provide this service for anyone without this information.
I plan on doing a report on:
1) All cash sales in these areas (so that you can get a good idea of hot locations that other investors have bought in)
2) Good deals that have come up on the MLS in these areas in the past week for SFR fix and flip opportunities or multi-family residences
