In my experience people who have "huge" amounts of notes, stocks, bonds or other easily negotiable instruments know exactly where to go to sell or trade them.all cash

CFD/LC are antiquated instruments and most do not carry the type of remedies that many think they do.  

Approaching loans which are long term debt instruments (ex: 30 year term) hoping for short term gains and exits really is a recipe for disaster.   

@Amy Madison Many people and investment groups like hedge funds came into tax liens as interest rates fell to almost zero percent on short term investments. 30-60-90 day, and even 12 month paper (money market instruments) were paying almost nothing.

There is no significant difference between the BAII ( Texas Instruments ) and the HP 12C (Hewlet Packard ).
