Here's what I've heard (most of which you're already doing - I'm just summarizing):1- Keep the ad heading friendly and 'normal' (I'm dying to know what the old header was)2- Soften the verbiage in the description to remove reference to BG, reference, etc.3- Use Postlets and the MLS (if available) to get more online views.

I'll give a try, title buys the information from county recorders office, their data info is handled diferently, county goes by grantor - grantee (name) and legal description.

Check the county records Dept and have the clerk pull the Plat map for the general area between X street and Z road the Plat will give the legal description and you can reverse engineer from there.

@John Arendsen Maybe if you focus on one, single thing in one single geographic area you'll find more success and don't have to wear so many hats.You can either pull files yourself or pay a professional court researcher to create lists to your specification.
