2 years from now I will have $200,000-$300,000 passive leveraged tax deferred cash flow that I can use and not wait until 65 or 70 years old, which some financial planners and pundits say people will have to wait to retire, due to taking 3-4% of this imaginary nest egg and not oulive their money by the age of 85-90.What a joke!!
