I am a graphic designer by trade so I am picky but by any standards, my postcard was terribly smudged.

The only thing I might add, production-wise, is to maybe add a little graphic - i.e. an arrow or maybe highlight the area instead - to point out exactly what you were talking about with the sagging and the joist issue.

I am also very much into aviation, graphics and marketing.  

I also am working on a double major in Graphic Design as well as Digital Photography.I came across this site after reading The Book on Real Estate Investing with No or little Money Down.

Most had a blend of photography and graphics (I've been pondering the use of photos), but it just struck me that nothing stood out, nothing was memorable.

.), the graphic design (appearance) of your marketing piece (card, letter. etc.), the procurement of your mailing list(s), the printing of your pieces, the addressing & postage, and mailing.No wonder you want to take a long nap if you try to do all that yourself!
