Spending time on planning and detailing things out can help create an accurate picture for the FF&E budget, the labor, vendors needed and logistics in collaboration with the contractor.

Not to undermine my knowledge or me as a person but who ever needs a collaborator of any sort in real estate sales that is count me in.

As of now I am really just looking to network with people to potentially find some good partners to collaborate with and do some deals with within the next year.
