New to the forums, love the podcasts, but I have a bit of trouble applying the info on here to the Canadian marketplace/regulations/industry. Are there many Canadians members that I can collaborate and learn from on here? (when it comes to the specifics of the Canadian marketplace of course). I know that all of the principles apply when talking about real estate investing in general, but just want to make some local connections if possible. Let me know!
