If you look at job and population growth as well as diversity of industries, infrastructure w/DFW airport (2 major airlines HQ'd there) and freeway access to major east / west and north / south freeways reaching parts of the U.S., companies are moving in at a greater clip from a positioning / leveraging standpoint.

I'd budget at least $3K and to be safe $4-5K.Also if all the stars align you may have them out in 3 months, I'd assume 4-5 and in any financial projection I'd make sure I was good if it took 6.For perspective I have bought a place in MA that was literally across the street from a sewer plant, had train tracks <50yrds from the house in the back yard and was directly in the flight path of the municipal airport (along with other challenges), but I have never bought a place here that I knew I would be evicting people upon purchase.

my criteria is an easy travel to the airport so it does not have to be in West Ashley. it can be in Hanahan, North Charleston or Summerville.I know that there are a lot of investors here, i can even hear some of the people talk about owning property as if its casual conversation. so i believe that there are options out there yet the market might be pretty highany response would be greatly appreciated.
