Do you have a CPA that you are currently using that is both Small business and REI friendly?

A lot of my friends and other new grad young professionals seem to congregate in areas like Midtown and lower Manhattan or in Williamsburg/Bushwick and Downtown Brooklyn.I know house hacking isn't impossible in NYC, but my most ideal areas with people my age and high traffic are also everyone else's ideal places to live, and are much harder to house hack.

Couldn’t agree more my friend. 

I heard that a friend had to give up a replacement because the relinquished property was not closed.  

It's not that hard to find an investor friendly agent.

If you are serious about either retail and/or industrial, I would be sitting down with brokers, looking up owners, making friends with people that work in the space and trying to pull out their war stories.  

Be specific, my friend.

My guess is one fee you and your friend are noticing is a percentage cut from third party maintenance work.
