I can't say the floodgates have opened, but there's enough deal flow to call it a business, and I believe with consistency it will grow over time. 

It is fairly low-cost and efficient (you can always scale your entities as you grow; there is no need for an ultracomplex structure at the outset), but it is essential to ensure that entities are appropriately maintained.

You should always have a tenant as you're not only serving the 55 and over community (which will continue to grow), but the lower income demographic as well, which is needed.
