If the market rate is supposed to be $2800, then a $5 difference doesn't seem significant enough.Instead, it might be better to just rent it at $2800 or something like $2750, if you want to below market rate, because I always noticed that the rentals on Craigslist with weird prices like $2795 were from those big apartment complexes that spammed Craigslist. 

Today, on my profile i noticed two votes (thank you), then below that I saw "Is this user spamming or falsely advertising? 

Perhaps an educated gamble on well water under the right conditions (probably the lesser of the private utility evils) or targeting a state they aren't overly active in.

Any way you cut it, it is a gamble.

Its really a gamble and without a crystal ball, no one knows for sure when that will come to a halt....or ask two economist for their opinion.At the end of the day, to appreciate is an achievable goal and appreciation is a hope and a gamble.  

We used to get a lot of CAUSS (citizens against ugly street spam) defacing of these signs. 

I believe its worth far more than 100k and while it has some pictures and needs some cosmetic work and a kitchen re-work, it looks pretty good.As I'm very new (yet to find a property yet or even an agent), is this deep water territory/high gambling and I should avoid it?
