Applicants with eviction in 5 years ago
Hi All,
Newbie here... I have an application with eviction in 5 years ago. Still working on credit recovery. Family income is met OK. Good rental references. No criminal records. It is in class B rent market. Shall I consider this application?
Thanks!

When you have an applicant that is "iffy", get a Co-signer!!!! This will help the applicants establish their credit if they pay their rent on time with you. So this is a good thing. If the tenants pay well after a year, then remove the Co-signer from the lease.
Of course, the Co-signer, must qualify as well!
