If the Lender agrees, you have no problem in transferring the property; if they state that they will invoke the DoS Clause if the property is transferred, you know where they stand on the matter (so don't try to work around it).There is a time limit on their ability to react to you transferring a property into an entity in violation of the DoS Clause.

John:At this end of the country we have white cedar natively or red cedar shipped from the west coast - neither are available anywhere near the prices you mentioned above.Hemlock is a little softer, has great wetness resistance and is more affordable than cedar here.

However my theory is that if it was that easy to get financing for a 4 plex maybe I am over reacting in regards to the need to make the changes.
