I have spoken with people in the past who have paid thousands (even tens of thousands) for 'guru' courses and 'mastermind' courses when all they really had to do was find this place and read read read.  

We are also having our first mastermind session for HFS members at 6pm with myself.

I have signed up for a couple of mastermind meetups in my area.

If anybody is interested in starting an accountability / mastermind group please let me know.

Anyone interested in starting a Mastermind Meetup in Edmond/OKC for multifamily property owners?

My goals are to increase my active income so I can partner with others in real estate, even if that means bartering my professional skillset while I build cash reserves.I came across bigger pockets through some entrepreneurial mastermind groups I am actively involved with. 

I would also try to get into or form a mastermind group for support and ideas. 

  :)  I, too, am seeking a mentor to help me get to the next level--so I'm attending Toastmasters, Cash Flow games, seminars, boot camps, and networking/mastermind groups.
