hi, we are a start-up syndication firm from Canada, we are investing in Charlotte and the the TRIAD areas of North Carolina. We syndicate deals so we are always trying to make connections with people who want to invest passively in real estate, and we are always looking for good cash flowing deals in the multi-family arena.
