Just to be clear, I am talking about a Company called "Turnkey Properties" (based in Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR), not CrestCore.

@Chris Dye Eagle bank is relatively a small bank and very conservative, I tried reading out to them a few times and had no luck. they come across as a bank that wants to do business only with people who are based in Central AR. 

@Diane Stinebaugh even in Arkansas it is illegal to change the locks on a tenant.

Dear Biggerpockets members,I am trying to look for good areas with good schools and relatively low crime, to buy and hold a SFH or townhome in Fayetteville/ Bentonville AR .a) May I know if there are any places that generally popular where we have better chance of getting good quality tenants .

I just moved to the Pea Ridge Arkansas area for work and I don't know anyone, I also lack knowledge of the area.

I have a listing in a small town in eastern Arkansas.

@Bradley Kesselman Look up reciprocal states... example I’m an AR agent and my license can be used in FL as well as a few more!
