You can make a claim under your policy and pay the deductible, you'll sign a subrogation agreement allowing your insurance company to collect from your neighbor's policy.Or, contact the neighbor's company and ask tem to cover your damages, they can without you paying any deductible.Or, you can file suit for damages against the neighbor and their insurance company will defend them under the liability portion of their policy and cover costs. sounds like you would have no problems with this route but you need to speak to your attorney.

Therefore, you may get emails / calls after 5:00PM and during the weekend. This may give you more flexibility as you can work when you want and where you want but I think the demand will be different.I think if you are looking for flexibility, you may want to consider going from full-time to part-time or work as a 'seasonal contractor' or 'temp'.I think the other issue that you will have is that your hourly wage will likely go down. You are likely making atleast $100/hour as an attorney but that hourly rate will be cut down when transitioning to an agent.Best of luck.
