Create a video and a flow chart detailing the anatomy and physiology of a wire: describe A-Z how an outgoing wire is requested and how funds get to the recipient's account.

People love to talk in platitudes about how chopping X,Y, or Z regulation is going to be a boon for small business, but I never see any examples.

You should be able to get a third party inspection if you want to, and you should be able to get a list of exactly what was done during rehab so you know what you're buying inside and out.I digress a bit - often these discussions of DIY vs turnkey turn into very black and white debates about how one or the other is "always" x, y, or z, so I like to head that off at the pass ;) 

Go to a few of the P&Z meetings, listen to the issues and talk to some of the members.
