My personal opinion that, even through a downturn, the cost of living in Murfreesboro is much more reasonable, when compared to Nashville, and I feel Nashville offers a variety of different businesses/companies (auto/music/healthcare/education/government/tourism) so that it is not dependent on a certain stream of income. 

Music shows every day of the week in this up and coming area.

Facing the truth sucks in general. but, maybe your right, I may need to face the music and suck it up for a little while longer...

Your first step, listening to something educational instead of sports or music was a good call, make that a habit.Laser focus on that credit card debt. 

I personally think that they are only going to enforce issues like this when the cops are called to a residence for parties, too many cars parked in the streets, loud music, etc. 

They choose to do that because they felt the bubble had further up to go and they wouldnt be the one left holding the bag when the music stopped.

One claims the upstairs neighbor has been stomping around, while the other claims the downstairs neighbor has been playing music too loud.

If we talking non critical data entry or data mining or pesky tasks like that it could work fine.Basically if the kid is sick, or gets hurt, or just has to get to soccer practice your stuff gets back burnered.For example I have been composing this short reply for about 4 hours.
