The crime rate in the area is pretty high and their is a lot of apartment capacity that is starting to age.

With 30% C/C return, I know that I have plenty of income to service the debt and adequate capacity to transition to nurse housing or long-term and still have enough cash flow.

They paid for the house in about 15 weeks.Bedrooms do not limit the capacity. 

I hate to say it because you seem to be kind of on the ball, but it appears to me this is some significant defect in decision making capacity of things.

The Apple campus is still years away from full capacity, but steadily moving forward.

We could do a higher volume of properties, but we are currently limited on our renovation capacity.

@Jennifer Hoops no, not in the literal capacity that you are meaning I think.  

When they seller finance they widen the people wanting to buy to include people who don’t qualify for conventional financing, people who can’t pay all cash, and people wanting to reserve their borrowing capacity.  

That way if you decide to increase the panel amperage capacity,  you don't have to replace the panel again.
