So that is really the extent of my knowledge other that what I read on here and what I google, I have a 6 figure income a strong Business sense and above average intelligence and am a salesman at heart, I have around 30 k of my own money that I would like to keep right where its at and some other money in 401ks and such but lets just pretend those dont exist.

I'm sure people will respond and tell you to put a completely fictitious (as in fake, or a lie) post on Craigslist advertising a house that you pretend to have, something like "3 br 1 ba fixer special 60% ARV," and when people call, you tell them that it's already sold but you can take their info anyway for when the next deal happens.I'm sure that works, too.

That's evidence that they are not problematic or has not been problematic to the previous landlord, who tends to give a good recommendation just to get rid of them.The Statements also ensures that I wasn't set up by one of their friends "Pretending" to be their landlord.Of course a lot of Landlords don't go to my extreme, but this is NYC.

As a tenant, it would put a bad taste in my mouth if my LL was pretending they didn't own the property and were "just" another tenant or the PM.

I challenge you, Say "I am getting nowhere with DMM cold calling and text messaging".You only hear from the people that 1 either get a deal doing it, 2) people that pretend to be successful exaggerating their success using these methods.So why not ALSO hear from the people that got NOWHERE using those strategies.Want to finally make wholesaling a successful reliable way to become successful for you and others?
