We're currently updating a house as we are living in it, so a slow-motion flip, to include kitchen, bath, flooring, paint and roof.  

I'm bad with developing learning criteria for myself to master to understand the technical motions of finding and closing deals.

So I repaired all of that for about $150 and put a dehumidifier in the basement (just to dry out the basement, I picked it up a week later) and no problem since. 

Bleach, concrobium for mold, kilz and paint everywhere, plus a dehumidifier solved the problem.

(with lots of sacrifice and hard work).Lots of great ideas to set in motion... just about 6 months too early to actually get into "action".What options do I have?

Don't be discouraged most of the sign guys are newbie losers who bought a course and are just going through the motions so they can say it doesn't work and go back to the assistant manager job at Burger World.

In my optimistic mind, I am thinking this may not be more than pumping out the water, fixing the floor drains, dehumidifying and painting...am I way off on this one?  

You really just have to be consistent and patient..... you'll get in the motion in no time

I have an exterior security camera that sends me pictures on detection of motion so I would see unapproved pets (or people).

I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to speed up this process, or if I really just have to wait for a phone call that it was motioned in court.
