If I were down there I would think about setting up a food truck or 10 or 20 and serving breakfast burritos 24 hours a day with some good hot coffee.Just my 2 cents.

@David F.As Russell mentioned co-ops are probably 1/2 the price of a condo and you would also have extensive costs to set up a co-op and typically it’s my understanding the builder funds the first 1-2 years of reserves.

*Note* In NJ I will qualify for grants up to 22k to contribute at closing- In PA it would be closer to 10k (Money leaves my pocket at closing)I’m open to all ideas and advice as I’m going to get started this year, sooner rather than later.
