@Yuki Akiyama the term "Parcel" is simply a legal word for "Property" When taling about property taxes, the prpoerty being talked about is called a "Parcel"  Sometimes when bidding on tax sales all you know is the Parcel ID or in other words the tax ID number and you have to look up what the property address is.
