@Austin Largusa I think voucher tenants get a bad wrap...I've had them pull in the driveway in a broke down van with 7 kids running into a 2BR apartment screaming like maniacs...and I've also had a nurse with a disabled son that received housing assistance...there is a huge spectrum.

There are many frugal Airbnb visitors saving half of that money by staying in Homestead and driving 100 miles down in their convertible rental car.
