As much as we would enjoy that environment, it is not 'go' for me professionally.My profession thrives in areas where population is high and the government takes everything it can.That being said, we are erring on the 'no go' side.

It takes courage to be honest about tough situations, and it takes your BEST thinking to emerge from them so be open to moving to a much more thriving situation like Jon said.

If foreclosure rate is an indication of how a state’s economy is thriving, then Ohio is a good example.

Update;  there is a gentlemen name Lee Arnold who is currently running what appears to be a thriving funding company name COGO Capital.

This is an open forum that thrives when people share info.

This is a thriving downtown area with many restaurants, bars and boutique shops.

I don’t want to get into religion or politics but personal finance is a lot like religion you either thrive and want more of it or it goes in thru one ear and out the other.

But if you want to create a business climate that thrives more on visits to the stores, then I'd advise against a church as a tenant.
