There is a price breakdown showing the various environmental studies that would be done, but am I crazy to be shocked by that number?

I am from Amarillo, TX originally, so being up here in such a dry (environmentally and economically speaking:) definitely makes creative thinking when it comes to investing a necessity.

It would be great to have a business built on the premise that being environmentally friendly/energy efficient is not limited to a select few, and that it can be done in a cost effective manner as well.

Also, I know environmental issues can be a large problem, if anyone has any advice on that subject it would be much appreciated!

How do you feel about properties that have been flipped to become environmentally conscious?

I am currently in a leadership role in an environmental services department at a hospital (housekeeping).  

I am currently employed as an environmental engineer at a local consulting firm and spend most of my free time on my mountain bike and my snowboard.I guess I will finish with a question to you all.
