It's not a dinner date but if you want to remodel RE and not DIY everything you have to network, vet contractors wisely, and build professional relationships.

She however has gone beyond that and has included him in almost every business conversion we have at the dinner table.

Yes, you can use it to reinvest it into whatever retirement plan you have, but the moment you take any of that money out to go buy dinner, you get penalized.

So if you’re not cooking them dinner or making the bed every day you should be fine.
