Looking for residential Wholesalers in Phoenix, AZ area

Hi BP family,

My name is Justin and I am a real estate agent from Chicago, IL. I recently pulled a double cross-country move and relocated my best friends into Scottsdale and my parents into Surprise back in late July. I fell in love with AZ and am interested in potentially buying my first investment property in AZ.

I will be staying with my parents in Surprise from November through January, and potentially longer. I have a full-time job outside of real estate and have just recently gotten a new position where I can work remotely. I am looking to network with wholesalers and investors to buy my first investment property (either a flip or a buy-and-hold). I am not opposed to areas outside of the Valley if the deal is there.

I would love to take someone out to dinner and pick their brain about the various neighborhoods. Additionally, if anyone is a part of any REIA groups, I'd love to go to some meetings while I'm out there.
