Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case in our history till recently. 

I also took and passed the UTS test this allows me to become a RMLO or Mortgage banker in my case in any state that signed up with the feds.

There was also a case in New Jersey I read (no joke) of lesbians wanting to rent a retired navy hospital boat at a New Jersey pier for alcohol rehab for lesbians. 

This is the way I see this I can continue this RAT RACE and pay my mortgage which will cost me $300,000 more which is mostly everybody case in a 30 year mortgage and be stuck in this way of life. 

A perfect case in point is the new Cook County beverage tax, or the silly minimum wage law going into effect shortly.

With that said, I know that this is the case in may other cities in America, but I have seen more homes come up for sale recently and have seen many prices adjusting.

But I'm willing to accept that it might be the case in some areas.

The language makes a difference and not all LOI's are created equal.I have seen some before where people thought they were non-binding to find out that was not the case in the small print.You need to know and 100% understand the forms you are using when submitting an offer.
