I am a very responsible adult, I fix what I can and treat it as I own it.

Most of my units are 1 bedrooms, which tends to lead to tenants with no children, in fact HUD guidelines allow for requiring a max of 2 occupants per bedroom, therefore only an adult couple, or single parent with 1 child.

It's just irritating to me that I'm being told that it's MY responsibility to tell another adult what their rights and responsibilities are... and further, I'm the one that gets in trouble if I don't... or I forget.
