How's everyone doing!

I come here to address a BIG problem I've been having going into Real Estate. Some information about me, my name is Patrick (18), I am new to Real Estate, and I am from Hayward, California.

My problem goes like this, I plan to go into wholesaling and I am learning the gist of what needs to be done step-by-step, but I have literally no one to talk to and it sucks.

I'd love to
network especially with wholesalers, agents, investors, brokers, buyers, anyone who is interested in Real Estate new or experienced, you name it. It would make my day seeing just a comment or two of people who are happy to spare some valuable time and create a relationship that will last a long time. And quite honestly, it's also a way for me to practice having conversations with adults since the only times I do are in online zoom classes with teachers which are dreadful to say the least.

Thank you fellow BiggerPockets members, I look forward to talking with you!
