@Rand De villa I have not had any direct experience with Bungalow, but we have a similar company in the southeast called Pad Split. 

One was in the central portion of town and was expanding to the southeast and the other was in the southern section of town and expanding northwest.

Like Hayward, Redwood City, or the southeast neighborhoods of San Francisco.

The South East is growing as residents are moving out of the North East and coming down. 

I operate in the South East U.S. which is growing and cheap compared to CA.
