Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brian Vadasz and I'm a Software Engineer from Southeast Michigan, Ferndale specifically.

The only background I have in real estate is purchasing my own home. There were tenants in my home before I purchased and after learning what they were renting for monthly vs what my mortgage was, it really sparked my interest in Real Estate.

My goal is to become a buy and hold investor in SFH's and small MFH. Right now I'm just learning all I can, reading posts, listening to podcasts (which are great), and reading recommended material.
