There is a line out the door for these homes we have.I believe it's because of comforts, space, yards, privacy etc.

Seems like we cannot use our UPS address (we used for privacy when setting it up) but actually need a physical address.  

It should be rather quick since you are able to see it online, please share so that we may see your point.But... in the off chance that you can't then you'll know why Landlord privacy is preferred. 

But if you are looking for more privacy, besides the blinds mentioned, you could also have a glass shop cut a piece for you of something more opaque/frosted so people can't see in.

@Cameron Riley in California I use a "land trust" for privacy reasons that is owned by my "LLC" for liability protection that is owned by my "Management LLC" who handles the money for my buy and holds.Good Investing...

@Dan Jurkovic - depending on the level of privacy you need, I’d also consider a split level or house with in law suite and rent to other freshly graduated professionals.
