Rent Collection Methods (vs home address)

Hello all,

I had read some past discussions regarding this and was wondering if there were any newer strategies my fellow landlords are using to easily/conveniently collect rents while not using your home address. I have tenants who range from saavy Millennials to older folks who aren't and have been using my personal mail up to this point. Wanted to check in in 2020 to see what methods you are using to streamline collecting rents.

Off the top of my head, are there PO Box services that regularly forwards mail to your residence (for the older folks)? What app or electronic collection methods have you found efficient?

Thank you in advance, any feedback would be fabulous.

Hope you are all having a great Monday,
Carlin

We use TenantCloud with ACH and a PO Box for our tenants that use check or money orders
