Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

Although I don't have experience with high rises, I do know the Springfield, MA commercial market pretty well in regards to office & retail. 

Hey allI'm looking to see if any landlords in Massachusetts have gone through the process of submetering heat (natural gas).

I'm not sure what the market is like in other areas, but I am finding in my area (northeast MA) that multi family properties are going very quickly.

I was back and forth from ATL to Ma every weekend. 

I'm from MA and I just wasn't sure if this is legal to do so?
