I've lived in Austin, Dallas, and currently attend school in Abilene, Texas and I'm set to graduate in May of 2018 with a dual B.B.A. in marketing and management information systems.I am about to start my senior year and have been reading books such as Rich Dad Poor Dad, and The Richest Man In Babylon.

I'm wondering if the risks of dual agency are mitigated any by the fact that Fannie Mae is the seller, and if we should hire an agent or go ahead and continue to work with the listing agent.So far, I'm encouraged by her suggesting that we go ahead and low ball an offer to see where Fannie is at, and to also ask them to cover a small electrical repair needed.

For example, here in FL we have Dual Enrollment and Early College programs (they may be called something else in NY) where in your last two years of HS, you can take courses at a local college for both HS and college credit.

Although, maybe you could just send a letter of intent.Or you could forgo the selling agent and just send a letter of intent to the listing agent where the buyer and seller agree to dual agency (illegal in some states).

I've turned them into the OR REA before and get pretty s****y calls back from them.It'd be so simple if you would just disclose (exactly what a dual escrow hides) and be honest with all parties.
