Hi All,

My name is Shannon.

I'm new to the real estate scene. A friend directed me to the site. 

My husband's health took a turn for the worse and that has put me in a providing position in our home.

I've always been an entrepreneur with a profitable personal training business, but now I need dual income streams.

My plan is to start with wholesaling and progress possibly into flips and rentals.

I hope to make new friends and connections so we can encourage each other as we journey into this.
