If I saw a post dealing with something I didn't like, I wouldn't waste my breath. :)

I believe this works best on a cash basis when you are first starting out, because you can make mistakes and not be bankrupted, i.e. you don't have a lender breathing down your neck.

What a headache when snow hits.....On Sacremento, I used to have a coworker sit next to me, this is about 4 years ago, who went to Sacremento and bought like 3 foreclosures in one breathe, for like $100K each, if I am remembering correctly....

So I'm not holding my breath, you figure the disaster that is there coupled with the construction mess will be horrible.
