@David RobertsFinally, if you think you are being overworked and asked to do work beyond your 40 hour work week then step to me and maybe we can find a solution that includes either additional compensation or a time management class.

If it means committing to a 40+ hour work week..........sorry, been there and done that for the past 55 years.

I have looked into the REIA and the closest one I could find was 2 hours away and met during the work week.

I was working 98 hour work weeks in the oil field and managing several single-family properties and a vacation rental.
