I am new to this site and and wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I also was interested if there were any other people up in the Ashland Kentucky area on here. My name is Trebor and I have lived in the area for 7 years now. I bought my first rental house last year. And just recently closed on a property with a triplex and a 3 bd house on it. I am in the process of getting in renovated then it will be time to rent it out. So for now I work a regular job but one day plan to have enough rentals and possibly get into flipping to not have to do the normal job. The biggest problem with my normal job is it keeps me out of town most of the time. So I have thought about finding a property manager so any recommendations for that would be helpful also. Thanks y'all and look foreword to hearing from you.
