If you are renting pursuant to a Section 8 HUD voucher, you are entitled to 90 days’ notice.

In Michigan, the section 8 vouchers are administered locally through a housing commission or other agency.  

I think if they're qualified for section 8 voucher program it would be kind of hard to qualify to buy a house, but I could be wrong.

This may be great to you, but I personally wouldn't be interested, especially putting all the units on vouchers.

Does your unit have a higher bedroom count than her voucher?  

@Chris Carson I believe 06, 08, 09 for investors is to fix those properties up so it can get approve for section 8 vouchers only and if they do damage your place they can jeopardize loosing their voucher.

You guys know the deal.Anyway, we initially dug our heels in and stood our ground, stating that we wouldn't break the lease and that if she did, HUD could potentially terminate her  Section 8 voucher.

A housing voucher can only be used to submit a request to live in a property that is located within the geographic authority of the housing office who issued the voucher.
