Tons of skilled VAs on there. 

I largely did mine myself (with the help of some VAs for quick fixes), but check out the Genesis + AgentPress parent/child theme combo.

For those of you who have VAs for outbound calling, prescreening sellers and setting appointments; Id like to know whats their daily routine.

Craigslist is vigilant about not allowing VAs to post from outside the U.S. - once they figure that out from the IP addresses, they probably flagged your entire account and all ads.I know one guy that has a VA connect into a machine in his office and post from that machine, so the IP addresses on the ad submissions are all from an IP address that can be associated with a local market.
