As far as URL, avoid the underscore, it isn't natural for people to type in.Note that even if people won't necessarily source you through the site, they will research you through the site.

I own two townhouses in Reisterstown (Baltimore County) -- I'm all-in for right about $160K for the two, and they each generate $1450/month in rent.Not saying that this makes your deal a bad one, but it does underscore that there are plenty better deals out there in that area.
