I never thought of it much of an investors place(besides the outter banks) strictly because I didn't think there was much in the way to draw people out that way.I think its a couple hours from a major airport and its a couple hours away from the pharma/tech triangle down there.I'll go with a couple vacation rental homes in on Panama beach and open up a watersports rental place(jet skis, kayaks, caneos, boogie boards).

Hey all you Raleigh-Durham/Triangle area investors, specifically those of you who are flipping property, is there specific zip codes or neighborhoods that are a no go in your opinion?

I currently live in Cornelius, NC and would like to explore opportunities and connect with other like minded investors in the Davidson / Cornelius / Huntersville areas as well as Charlotte metro area markets and potentially other markets around the state ( Raleigh, Beach areas, Greensboro, Triangle, Winston Salem.I am totally new to the investing side of things and would love to find some mentors to help me get started down the right path.

Hi Joe,I'm in Santa Ynez, a little bit inland from the coast, but I consider the Lompoc to Santa Maria to Santa Ynez my triangle area. 

I live and work in Research Triangle Park and currently rent a room in downtown Raleigh. 

Is the existing kitchen layout good (nice work triangle between fridge, stove, and sink) or wonky?

A newbie here from the Golden Triangle.

During the past two years my wife has bought us 21 units spread over 7 properties, all in the triangle of I-44, Gravois Ave, and River des Peres.

I have clients in the Triangle and would be happy to help.  

It doesn't include the triangle area.
